Because our owl pellets are biological/educational specimens that are heat-sterilized and prepared for

immediate use, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery

at oregonowlpellets@gmail.com or (541) 605-9512. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will make it right.
